Nothing happened. I just want to cancel the prescription because I cannot afford to pay for the product anymore.
It gives my dogs diarrhea, makes them do flips in the living room, and causes them to chew their fingernails off. It also makes them try to take q-tips and clean their ears out. When they clean their ears, they can hear, but if they don't clean their ears as recommended, they can't hear anymore. They wanted a Long Island iced tea so they can get drunk, then they wanted to play.
I have two dogs and all they did was bark and slap each other in the face.
However, when they went outside, they dug a big hole and buried each other in it like they were at the beach. Thank you very much.

I ordered the probiotics product. They were quick to take my money but took forever responding and letting me know that one of the products I ordered wouldnt be able to be delivered because the free product that came with it was out of stock?
Why wouldnt they just send me the product they took my money for then send the free product when it became AVAILABLE? NOW Ive got to wait up to 10 business days for my refund! Ill never buy from them again!
I didnt realize I couldve bought this at Walmart target Amazon etc! Or I wouldve find that in the first place.

If you haven't given these bone heads your money DON'T! You won't find out about their idea of customer service until there's a problem so take it from me someone who is experiencing a problem and no way to let these boneheads know about and go somewhere else.

I sent an email and cancel my subscription before the date that you were supposed to mail my product. You mailed it anyways and charge my credit card.

I bought the probiotic chews for my Great Pyrenees. He had issues with yeast in his ears and on his paws.
In the ad and instructional video, they say ONE a day will help. It could take up to two months to see results, but it is guaranteed to work. I got most of the way through the month and the tub. Then, I read the back of the tub.
I hadn't read it at first due to the instructional video they suggest you watch. It says on the back that dogs that weigh as much as my boy need three daily! The tubs are 45 dollars each and contain 30 chews. The ad said one a day.
They refused to refund me. It is whatever.
Don't waste your money. Use green tea and apple cider vinegar or purchase probiotic tablets from a drug or health store like Walgreens or GNC.

I have sent two items back and don't see any money coming back to me. I ordered the first time, a small jar of pro bright Advanced, which I really like, but I didn't know that they were going to keep sending it to me.
I am not good with the internet so I can't find a way to cancel it. In the mean time I found the bigger jars, with a special going on, so I ordered them I got four big jars. I thought I was careful this time, but apparently not, as I was just charge 161., again, and this time it's going to message me up with the bills I have to pay this month. I can't help but think they make the website so hard that nobody knows what they are doing.
I do plan on calling them tomorrow and hope they are there. Happy New Year, ha, ha.

Ordered vitamins on a recurring delivery. Was told they'd be here by the 15th today is the 18th and my e mail said delivery exception tried delivering, another tracking said still in process

Can never get a hold of anybody you get put on hold for an hour and nobody still answers or the system is down and they just keep sending it and charging you. I dont want the product.

Nobody ever answers the phone. This is a very simple thing.

Every month you keep sending me two more jars. I dont need any more jars and I dont want you to keep charging me cancel the policy.
